The RSC is responsible for ensuring supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the various delivery services efficiently and safely. This position assists in ensuring that the organization adheres to all shipping and distribution laws and regulations. Helps coordinate the resupply of office materials for the company and is a support to our Team Member Experience team.\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\nHigh school diploma (or GED); Associate degree preferred.\nThree years customer service experience in a service-related industry.\nTwo to three years of experience in logistics of shipping.\nStrong Computer skills including with MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).\nStrong working knowledge of mail machines, UPS computer and Federal Express software.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nStrong communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with others in a team situation.\nAbility to analyze, problem solve and recognize process improvement opportunities. \nAbility to do occasional heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to understand both internal and external client needs and how these needs relate to overall customer satisfaction.\nAbility to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.\nAbility to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.\nABOUT ITA GROUP\nITA Group is an employee-owned engagement and loyalty company that provides data-driven solutions designed to uniquely motivate and inspire our clients’ employees, channel partners and customers.
