hospitality experience for guests and clients\nManage client visits from agenda creation to catering and special accommodations\nConduct regular audits of conference rooms and common areas to ensure functionality and cleanliness\nServe as the go-to for conference room technology support\nCoordinate and execute team member experiences and corporate events\nMaintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment\nFacility Management\nOversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and cleanliness\nCoordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor relationships\nManage office furniture moves, inventory, and workspace optimization\nMaintain up-to-date records of office supplies and equipment\nServe as liaison with property management for repair and maintenance issues\nEnsure safety, security, and emergency preparedness protocols are in place\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience in a service-related industry (hospitality or facilities preferred)\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nEffective negotiation and vendor management skills\nExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities\nCustomer-first mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences\nFamiliarity with facility systems (e.g., LightEdge, Everbridge) a plus\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nWillingness to work flexible hours to meet project
