This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.\nThis opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award, expected Fall 2026.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify and collect key performance data from various data sources. \nConduct analyses to identify trends and assess program effectiveness. \nDevelop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. \nStandardize data sets and structures for ease of access and manipulation. \nProvide recommendations to enhance data collection processes and analysis methodologies. \nCollaborate closely with team members to support data-driven decision-making. \nQualifications\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. \nProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, or R). \nExperience with data manipulation and transformation processes. \nExperience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). \nStrong understanding of statistical methods and analysis. \nKnowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts. \nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics. \nExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills. \nAbility to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. \nAbility to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance\nDesired Qualifications:\nBackground in working with large datasets \nFamiliarity with Cloud Computing \nFamiliarity with AGILE development \nUnderstanding of industry-specific metrics and performance indicators. \nBenefit and Compensation Transparency\nITA International proudly complies with all federal and state benefit and pay transparency laws.
