While day-to-day responsibilities will be managed on-site with the client, ITAC provides ongoing support, resources, and benefits as your employer. This position is for 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM. Please only apply if these requirements are agreeable to you.\nObjective\nWe are seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician (Millwright) to support the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of facility and production equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production goals through preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and experience leading maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.\nResponsibilities\nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, refrigeration, and control systems.\nObserve equipment performance and proactively identify potential maintenance issues before failure occurs.\nInterpret electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to diagnose and resolve equipment problems.\nTroubleshoot PLCs, motors, controls, and low-to-medium voltage electrical equipment.\nDevelop and execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and preventive maintenance documentation.\nUtilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work orders, preventive maintenance activities, and repair history.\nCoordinate maintenance work with production, contractors, and other departments to ensure timely completion of repairs and projects.\nOrder parts and services as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.\nLead maintenance efforts during equipment breakdowns and major repair projects.\nMentor and train maintenance technicians on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase reliability, efficiency, and safety.\nMaintain maintenance records, inventories, schedules, and repair logs.\nEnsure compliance with all company safety policies and applicable regulations.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum of 7 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing, food processing, beverage, packaging, or similar industrial environment.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.\nExperience troubleshooting PLCs, motors, electrical controls, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation.\nExperience utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.\nPreferred Skills\nJourneyman Millwright, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent trade certification.\nExperience in food & beverage, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing environments.\nAdvanced electrical troubleshooting and controls experience.\nWelding, fabrication, machining, plumbing, and carpentry skills.\nExperience developing preventive maintenance programs and maintenance strategies.\nDemonstrated leadership experience mentoring and training maintenance personnel.\nContinuous improvement and reliability-centered maintenance experience.\nBenefits\nFrom internships to seasoned professionals, our growing company provides career opportunities for all levels of experience.
