While day-to-day responsibilities will be managed on-site with the client, ITAC provides ongoing support, resources, and benefits as your employer. This role is pivotal in leading an industrial project development, execution, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with contractual obligations, and alignment with client objectives. The position involves managing scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating engineering and construction resources, and driving project success through proactive leadership and client engagement.\nResponsibilities\nProject Management\nLead project development efforts, including scope definition, cost estimating, and scheduling.\nDirect engineering, procurement, and construction teams during project execution to meet contractual commitments.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring proper resource allocation and timely delivery.\nManage project budgets, track financial performance, and negotiate change requests with clients.\nEnsure quality standards are met across all deliverables and services.\nClient Relations & Business Development\nCultivate strong client relationships and maintain clear communication on project progress.\nAddress project and client issues promptly and professionally.\nSupport business development by pursuing new opportunities and assisting with proposals and pricing.\nAdministrative\nPrepare proposals, execution plans, and project documentation.\nRequirements\nBachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited institution in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or equivalent experience.\n5-7 years in engineering, construction, or project management roles within the Industrial space (increasing with seniority)\nMultidiscipline project design experience.\nFamiliarity with commissioning, startup, and construction support tasks.\nProven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams.\nExperience in manufacturing and industrial construction environment.\nExperience in overseeing industrial projects from conception and design to completion and startup. \nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management tools.\nStrong organizational and planning abilities.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure.\nLeadership qualities with the ability to teach and mentor others.\nPMP or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred for senior-level positions.\nBenefits\nFrom internships to seasoned professionals, our growing company provides career opportunities for all levels of experience.
