Please only apply if these requirements are agreeable to you.\nObjective\nWe are seeking a Workforce Management Consultant to support a large-scale Workforce Management (WFM) system implementation and optimization initiative through the end of 2027. This role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring workforce management requirements are identified, documented, tested, and successfully deployed. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting, business analysis, and workforce management experience, with the ability to support system implementation, end-user training, process improvement, and workforce planning activities. Responsibilities will include requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), training development and delivery, budget consolidation, and ongoing workforce planning support.\nResponsibilities\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workforce Management (WFM) processes and system functionality.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.\nSupport the planning, execution, and documentation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the WFM system.\nIdentify, track, and assist in resolving testing issues and system enhancement opportunities.\nDevelop and deliver training materials and end-user training programs related to WFM system functionality and processes.\nProvide workforce management consulting and subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle.\nConsolidate and analyze budget data from multiple sources into a centralized reporting structure to support workforce planning and decision-making.\nAssist with workforce planning initiatives, including support for interview panel coordination and hiring process activities for hourly positions.\nMonitor project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to support project objectives and organizational readiness.\nRequirements\n10+ years of directly related experience required\nExperience supporting Workforce Management (WFM), Human Capital Management (HCM), scheduling, timekeeping, or related business systems.\nProven experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into effective solutions.\nExperience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.\nAbility to develop and deliver end-user training and support organizational change initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience supporting Workforce Management system implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.\nBackground in business process improvement, workforce planning, or organizational effectiveness.\nExperience developing reporting tools, budget consolidation models, or workforce analytics dashboards.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing, consumer products, or large corporate environments.\nPrevious consulting experience supporting HR, operations, or workforce-related initiatives.\nExperience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or stakeholder engagement activities.\nBenefits\nFrom internships to seasoned professionals, our growing company provides career opportunities for all levels of experience.
