The successful candidate will act as the organisation’s key market expert, developing the local strategy, building strategic relationships and driving sustainable growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake full ownership of the market P&L, commercial performance and profitability.\n\nManage key market KPIs, marketing efficiency and contribution margin against agreed targets.\n\nDevelop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Canada, in line with the wider group strategy.\n\nIdentify opportunities for further market expansion, including potential additional brands and business opportunities.\n\nMonitor competitive activity, regulatory developments, payment infrastructure and other important market changes.\n\nLead monthly market performance reviews, presenting results, insights and corrective actions to senior management.\n\nBuild and develop the local team across areas including VIP, Marketing, CRM, Community and Operational Support.\n\nEstablish and manage key external relationships with affiliates, media partners, KOLs, community channels, payment providers and other local partners.\n\nWork closely with central teams to ensure effective execution of the local commercial strategy.\n\nMaintain a strong understanding of the local operating environment, including payment availability, market access, partner risks and regulatory developments.\n\nProvide senior management with timely market intelligence and recommendations.\n\nRequirements\nStrong track record in commercially focused iGaming roles, ideally with previous P&L or country-level responsibility.\n\nIn-depth and current knowledge of the Canadian iGaming market and the wider regional landscape.\n\nExperience developing and executing market-entry and growth strategies.\n\nProven experience building and managing local teams.\n\nStrong understanding of operational challenges within international/offshore iGaming markets, including payments, market access and partner management.\n\nAn established network of relevant industry contacts, including affiliates, payment providers, KOLs and local talent.\n\nExperience working with VIP / high-value player segments and a strong understanding of relationship-driven player management.\n\nQuebec French is strongly preferred, while professional-level English is essential.\n\nStrong commercial judgement with the ability to assess business, operational and partnership risks.\n\nConfident communicator capable of challenging strategy constructively while effectively executing agreed decisions.\n\nWhat’s on
