growth and ensure continued market leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the overall management and daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, productivity and profitability.\n\nDevelop and implement business strategies to support sustainable growth and strengthen the company's market position.\n\nLead and manage key departments, including sales, operations, production, installation and customer service.\n\nTake responsibility for financial performance, budgeting, cost control and profitability.\n\nIdentify new business opportunities, develop commercial relationships and drive revenue growth.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\n\nMonitor operational performance and introduce improvements to processes, systems and workflows.\n\nBuild, motivate and develop a high-performing management team, promoting accountability and collaboration.\n\nMaintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, developers and other key stakeholders.\n\nEnsure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards and company policies.\n\nReport to company ownership on business performance, operational challenges and strategic initiatives.\n\nRequirements\nProven experience in a General Manager, Operations Director or similar senior management position in a similar industry\n\nPrevious experience within the apertures, construction, manufacturing or building materials industry would be considered a strong advantage.\n\nStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in business development, financial management and operational leadership.\n\nExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex operational processes.\n\nGood understanding of project management, production processes, logistics and installation operations.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to develop and execute business strategies while remaining hands-on with daily operations.\n\nResults-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction and profitability.\n\nExcellent command of English
