platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop and maintain enterprise-grade websites and digital experiences using AEM.\nDevelop custom AEM components, templates, workflows and backend services.\nDesign and implement headless AEM solutions using Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs and API-driven content delivery.\nDevelop backend services and integrations using Java and AEM frameworks.\nBuild responsive frontend experiences using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.\nIntegrate AEM with commerce platforms, product catalogues and other enterprise systems.\nWork on AEM Cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimisation and security.\nCollaborate with architects, designers, QA and business teams to deliver quality solutions.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and code quality.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n5-7 years of overall software development experience, with substantial hands-on AEM experience.\nStrong experience in AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).\nHands-on experience implementing Headless AEM, including Content Fragments, Content Fragment Models, GraphQL APIs and headless content delivery.\nGood knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling Models, OSGi, Sling Servlets, HTL, JCR, components and templates.\nStrong Java development skills and experience building REST-based integrations.\nProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript and responsive frontend development.\nExperience with AEM Dispatcher, caching, security configurations and performance optimisation.\nHands-on experience with AEM Cloud Manager, Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines.\nCommerce integration experience with commerce platforms.\nPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude for coding, debugging, testing and refactoring.\n\nGood to Have:\nExperience with React.js or Next.js.\nExperience building frontend applications consuming AEM GraphQL APIs.\nExposure to headless or composable digital experience architectures.\nExperience integrating commerce capabilities such as product catalogues, product detail pages, pricing.\nExposure to Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform.\nExperience with automated testing and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nStrong
