Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and support of Syniti SKP MDM solutions.
  • Manage data models, business rules, and data quality processes.
  • Provide BAU production support, incident handling, and system optimization.
  • Handle data loads, deployments, and system monitoring.
  • Support Syniti Quadrate integrations and workflows.
  • Collaborate with business, data governance, and integration teams.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-8 Years.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Syniti SKP MDM.
  • Experience in Syniti Quadrate.
  • Expertise in MDM concepts (data governance, data quality, stewardship).
  • Experience in BAU Production Support (L2/L3 support, RCA, incident management).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Good understanding of data integration patterns (batch/real-time).
  • Domain expertise in Supply Chain (SCM - Mandatory).


Additional Information:

  • Experience with SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile delivery models preferred.
