ITC is located in Fairfax, VA and offers outstanding compensation and benefits plan and a challenging and rewarding professional work environment.\nITC is seeking a Mid-Level Data Migration Engineer to support data extraction, transformation, validation, and movement activities for a large-scale FBI modernization program. This role works within the Migration Workstream to support ETL pipelines, data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and operational readiness for transferring high-volume datasets from legacy systems into secure cloud environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with structured and unstructured datasets, migration tooling, data integrity checks, and cross-team data operations.\nResponsibilities\nData Migration & ETL Execution\nSupport development and operation of ETL workflows for large-scale data migration efforts.\nExecute data extraction, transformation, cleansing, normalization, and validation tasks.\nConduct detailed data mapping from legacy systems to target schemas and environments.\nOperate within established migration pipelines and support automation improvements.\nData Quality & Validation\nPerform data integrity checks, completeness assessments, and error resolution.\nSupport quality assurance activities for migrated datasets, ensuring accuracy and fidelity.\nAssist in documenting data issues, anomalies, and corrective measures.\nTechnical Collaboration\nWork closely with Senior Data Migration Engineers, Data Engineers, DevSecOps teams, QA engineers, and cloud architects.\nSupport migration readiness by validating source/target environments and testing pipeline functionality.\nParticipate in technical reviews, test cycles, and data validation checkpoints.\nOperational Support & Reporting\nMaintain documentation of migration steps, ETL processes, schemas, and pipeline behaviors.\nContribute to migration reporting, progress updates, and operational status summaries.\nIdentify risks, blockers, and dependency issues impacting migration throughput.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED:\n4+ years of experience supporting data migration, ETL processes, or data engineering workloads.\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited University, required\nExperience with structured/unstructured data, mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.\nFamiliarity with ETL tools, scripting languages, or pipeline automation methods.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced technical environments.\nPREFERRED:\nExperience with large-scale or multi-system migration efforts.\nHands-on experience with cloud-based data pipelines (AWS preferred).\nExposure to DevSecOps environments, automated testing, or CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience supporting DOJ, FBI, Intelligence Community, or national security programs.\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:\nMust have an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.\nU.S. Citizenship is required due
