ITC is located in Fairfax, VA and offers an outstanding compensation and benefits plan and a challenging and rewarding professional work environment.\nWe are seeking an experienced E-Discovery Technical and Legal Support to support ITC Federal’s work for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support (ALS) program. This is a fully remote position supporting DOJ’s complex litigation mission.\nImportant: This opening is being established in connection with the MEGA 6 contract vehicle award itself. ITC Federal must still be awarded individual task orders under the vehicle before employees can be onboarded. Accordingly, this position is full-time and contingent upon both contract award and the award of the applicable task order.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nThe E-Discovery Technical and Legal Support resource provides combined technical and legal eDiscovery support to the DOJ Justice Management Division (JMD) e-discovery program. The JMD e-discovery program includes projects that may not be directly related to litigation but incorporate similar e-discovery business processes, such as support for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and Congressional requests for information.\nPROGRAM CONTEXT:\nThis position supports the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 procurement. MEGA 6 is expected to continue DOJ’s multiple-award contract vehicle for automated litigation support (ALS) services, following the structure of the MEGA 5 contract. These contracts are designed to provide DOJ offices, boards, divisions, and other federal agencies with information technology, professional services, and litigation support tools to manage complex legal proceedings efficiently.\nResponsibilities\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide combined technical and legal eDiscovery support to the JMD e-discovery program.\nSupport e-discovery business processes for litigation and non-litigation projects, including FOIA and Congressional requests for information.\nAdvise legal and technical staff on eDiscovery processes, tools, and best practices across the discovery lifecycle.\nSupport data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production activities.\nCoordinate between legal teams and technical staff to ensure proper communication and defensible processes.\nPrepare reports and metrics on the status of eDiscovery efforts.\nStay current on emerging eDiscovery technology, processes, and legal developments.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED:\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application).\nAuthorized to work in the United States.\nAbility to work effectively in a fully remote environment.\nExperience providing eDiscovery technical and/or legal support on complex matters.\nThorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including collection, processing, review, analytics, and production.\nFamiliarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nUndergraduate degree required; law degree, paralegal training, or eDiscovery certifications preferred.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nPrior DOJ or federal eDiscovery / litigation support experience.\neDiscovery-related technical certifications.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThis is a fully remote position;
