This is a hybrid position supporting the US government. Regular weekly schedule will be 3 days working on site and 2 days working remote. This is a fast-paced work environment that offers the opportunity to utilize hands-on experience with a variety of IT solutions to solve mission-critical problems supporting the US government.\nThe Program Manager provides management, direction, and oversight of a contract for EOIR, a DOJ component. The PM is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and operational stability of the organization’s infrastructure. This role supervises Voice over IP (VoIP), Network, Video-teleconferencing (VTC), Digital Audio Recording (DAR), Asset Management and Field Site Administrators (FSAs).\nITC Federal, LLC (ITC) connects technology advancements in automation and AI, customer experience, and financial services to solve government mission challenges, enabling smoother operational efficiency and bolstering national security. At ITC, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact with the Government for overall contract performance, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds the standards reflected in CPARS evaluations.\nOversee a team of approximately 55 resources supporting networking, VoIP, audio/visual, asset management and onsite Tier 2 support at various EOIR court locations. \nOversee program budget, burn rate, and invoicing accuracy; forecasts staffing and funding needs and flags variances early.\nEnforces work standards, establishes contractor schedules, supervises contractor personnel, and communicates organizational policies, purposes, and goals to the team.\nCoordinate daily, weekly, and long-range work assignments and support requirements with team leads.\nEnsure effective coordination and communication across functional groups and areas of responsibility.\nResponsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, retention, and professional development of assigned staff.\nEnsure teams are adequately staffed, trained, and equipped to meet operational demands.\nDevelop and maintain strategy maps that align program activities to overall organizational objectives.\nCollects, reviews, and analyzes information to develop recommendations for Government stakeholders.\nIdentifies opportunities for process improvement and implements industry best practices.\nProactively fosters a team environment grounded in mutual respect and collaboration, dedicated to the overall mission of the agency.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree plus 10+ years of IT program/project management experience, including 5+ years managing federal IT services contracts of similar size and scope.\nPMP required;
