ITC is located in Fairfax, VA and offers an outstanding compensation and benefits plan and a challenging and rewarding professional work environment.\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to support ITC Federal’s work for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support (ALS) program. This is a fully remote position supporting DOJ’s complex litigation mission.\nImportant: This opening is being established in connection with the MEGA 6 contract vehicle award itself. ITC Federal must still be awarded individual task orders under the vehicle before employees can be onboarded. Accordingly, this position is full-time and contingent upon both contract award and the award of the applicable task order.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nWorks under the direction of the Project Manager.\nPROGRAM CONTEXT:\nThis position supports the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 procurement. MEGA 6 is expected to continue DOJ’s multiple-award contract vehicle for automated litigation support (ALS) services, following the structure of the MEGA 5 contract. These contracts are designed to provide DOJ offices, boards, divisions, and other federal agencies with information technology, professional services, and litigation support tools to manage complex legal proceedings efficiently.\nResponsibilities\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nFor very large cases, may be directly responsible for all work in a major task area.\nFor example, on a case involving document discovery of millions of pages, a Project Supervisor may be responsible for all document discovery/document collection activities for the case.\nFor a case involving an out of town trial, a Project Supervisor may be the individual in charge of the out of town trial support center.\nAlternatively, may assist several Project Managers on a multitude of smaller cases simultaneously.\nFor example, the Project Supervisor may be responsible for oversight of responsive/privilege review in one case, while simultaneously overseeing production of witness binders in another.\nRequires direct supervision of a variety of Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first line supervisors.\nMay require frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED:\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application).\nAuthorized to work in the United States.\nAbility to work effectively in a fully remote environment.\nAt least two years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects, including at least one year of supervisory experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.\nDemonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support and eDiscovery activities.\nRequires in-depth knowledge of litigation support; excellent writing skills; and excellent oral communication skills.\nMust be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs.\nRequires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, and internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platforms, Trial Director, etc. Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required.\nShould be an expert user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.\nFamiliarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required.\nUndergraduate degree required.\nSubstantial significant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nLaw degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred.\nParalegal experience helpful.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThis is a fully remote position;
