ITC is located in Fairfax, VA and offers an outstanding compensation and benefits plan and a challenging and rewarding professional work environment.\nWe are seeking an experienced Task Supervisor to support ITC Federal’s work for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support (ALS) program. This is a fully remote position supporting DOJ’s complex litigation mission.\nImportant: This opening is being established in connection with the MEGA 6 contract vehicle award itself. ITC Federal must still be awarded individual task orders under the vehicle before employees can be onboarded. Accordingly, this position is full-time and contingent upon both contract award and the award of the applicable task order.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nFirst line supervisor for discovery, pre-trial, and trial support activities such as document acquisition, witness binder preparation, exhibit preparation and duplication, case file set up and maintenance, trial-site/courtroom support assignments, screening/discovery efforts, etc. Reports to Project Supervisor or Project Manager.\nPROGRAM CONTEXT:\nThis position supports the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 procurement. MEGA 6 is expected to continue DOJ’s multiple-award contract vehicle for automated litigation support (ALS) services, following the structure of the MEGA 5 contract. These contracts are designed to provide DOJ offices, boards, divisions, and other federal agencies with information technology, professional services, and litigation support tools to manage complex legal proceedings efficiently.\nResponsibilities\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupervises and directs Document Management Analysts, Document Management Technicians, paralegals, and other clerical support staff to accomplish tasks.\nReports to Project Supervisor or Project Manager on task progress; troubleshoots task issues; performs quality control spot-checking as necessary to ensure that work is of high quality and meets contract requirements; coordinates with other Contractor support staff, including data processing support staff; and documents the work performed.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED:\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application).\nAuthorized to work in the United States.\nAbility to work effectively in a fully remote environment.\nAt least one year of experience on major litigation support projects.\nBroad experience in a variety of areas (e.g. document center, coding shop, field discovery, etc.) - is preferable to limited experience in one area only.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.\nExcellent writing skills and oral communication skills.\nRequires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platforms, Trial Director, etc. Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.\nUndergraduate degree required.\nSubstantial significant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nFamiliarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources preferred.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThis is a fully remote position;
