The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in workforce planning, enterprise planning systems, business operations, and AI-powered automation, with a track record of improving operational efficiency, maintaining data accuracy, and transforming manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions.\nLocation: Hybrid - Sunnyvale, CA (3 days onsite preferred)\nPay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour, Depending on experience.\nWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and more.\nPlease note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nExecute recurring workforce and supply planning operations, including processing staffing requests, maintaining enterprise planning systems, updating records, and supporting planning communications.\nValidate workforce planning data across enterprise planning systems and tracking logs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.\n Coordinate with program managers to clarify incoming requests, resolve data gaps, and maintain critical deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs).\nApply established business rules to operational reviews and approval checkpoints, identify exceptions, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate stakeholders.\nBuild, test, and deploy AI-powered automations and AI agents to streamline business processes and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.\nMonitor and optimize deployed automations by identifying failures, workflow delays, and performance degradation, implementing corrective actions, and escalating unresolved issues.\nDocument and communicate operational processes, automation solutions, and improvement opportunities while providing roadmap progress updates to relevant stakeholders and team leads.\nInternal Responsibilities\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).\nBuild out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n5+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, vendor operations, workforce analytics, budget management, or a combination of these areas.\nExperience with enterprise planning or workforce management systems, such as Anaplan or similar platforms.\nHands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven automations in a business operations environment.\nExperience translating documented manual processes into working automations, including testing and validating solutions before rollout.\nExperience with process documentation and continuous process improvement.\nFull proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and develop sustainable solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and break complex or ambiguous tasks into actionable milestones.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\nPrevious experience supporting Meta operations or working with Meta's AI tools.\nExperience in vendor operations or managing outsourced workforce operations across multiple partners and locations.\nFamiliarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) commercial models, including hourly/FTE, unit-based, and output-based models.\nKnowledge of SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.\nExperience working with global, distributed teams.\nBackground in supply planning or demand planning within a technology company.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
