This role will serve as the central intake point for budget and vendor requests while overseeing financial tracking, contract lifecycle management, and program health reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in security or IT vendor management, budget reconciliation, financial forecasting, and procurement operations, with a proven track record of managing a vendor spend portfolio of $10M+ and delivering accurate, timely operational reporting.\nLocation: Remote\nWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and more.\nPlease note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nManage the intake and triage of Central Security budget and vendor requests, coordinating with cross-functional partners and initiating the appropriate review and approval workflows.\nOwn the Central Security budget tracker, ensuring financial data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across financial systems and reporting sources.\nTrack and reconcile vendor spend, invoices, accruals, purchase requests, and purchase orders while supporting budget forecasting and financial planning activities.\nDevelop monthly and quarterly reports analyzing budget status, utilization, forecasts, significant changes, and alignment with organizational priorities.\nOversee the vendor contract lifecycle, maintaining contract portfolio status, managing renewal calendars with 90-day advance alerts, and coordinating with Sourcing on procurement and vendor onboarding.\nDrive vendor onboarding processes, operational runbooks, quality reviews, issue remediation, and biweekly vendor communications to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.\n Improve budget management and procurement workflows by identifying process gaps, maintaining intake and ticketing records, and delivering clear written updates and presentations to internal stakeholders.\nInternal Responsibilities\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning materials, including blogs and media materials.\nBuild materials that contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events, both in person and virtually.\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nDemonstrated experience managing vendor contracts or procurement operations.\nBackground in security or IT vendor management.\nExperience supporting a vendor spend portfolio of $10 million or more.\nActive DSS-4 clearance.\nStrong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, budget tracking, and financial reconciliation.\nProficiency in Tableau for budget reporting, utilization tracking, and data analysis.\nWorking knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and accruals.\nExperience managing intake and ticketing workflows for request tracking, triage, and status updates.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.\nExcellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear financial reports, stakeholder updates, and presentations.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\nExperience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budget forecasting, and financial process improvement.\nExperience supporting cross-functional Finance, Sourcing, procurement, and program management stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with Meta's internal procurement and workflow tools, including Buy@, Contracts Hub, and GSD Tasks.\nEducation\nAccounting degree required.\nFinancial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) certification required.\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
