The ideal candidate will bring experience in sales operations, deal fulfilment, contract administration, or transactional operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution in a high-volume environment.\nLocation: Hybrid - Austin, TX (3 days onsite per week)\nDuration: 12 months, with possibility of extension\nPay Rate: $32 - $34 per hour, Depending on experience.\nWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nCreate, update, and maintain Salesforce records for accounts, contracts, incentive requests, and payout transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nReview executed contracts and enter key details, including contract terms, approved amounts, entity information, cost centers, and supplier details, into relevant business systems.\nCoordinate supplier onboarding and procurement requests, monitor approval and assessment statuses, and escalate delays or outstanding requirements.\nPrepare, validate, and submit payout requests, ensuring supporting documentation, contract limits, financial coding, and approval requirements are accurate.\nTrack payouts from submission through approval and payment, resolve rejected transactions, reconcile paid amounts against approved and contracted values, and escalate discrepancies.\nMaintain recurring trackers, dashboards, and status reports covering payout progress, budget utilization, outstanding items, and financial variances.\nPartner with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, and other stakeholders to support documentation requests, month- and quarter-end activities, process documentation, and operational improvements.\nInternal Responsibilities\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).\nBuild out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n1-3 years of experience in operations, sales or revenue operations, contract administration, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, data entry/quality assurance, or a related field.\nHands-on experience managing deals through a contracting-to-payout or equivalent fulfillment lifecycle in a high-volume environment.\nExperience reviewing and interpreting contract terms and maintaining accurate contract-related documentation and records.\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-volume, deadline-driven transactional work.\nAbility to follow documented processes, validate information across records and systems, and identify discrepancies or missing information.\nClear, concise written communication skills, including the ability to document issues and provide supporting details.\nAbility to handle confidential partner, contract, and financial information with appropriate discretion.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\nHands-on Salesforce experience, including navigating records, reports, list views, and performing bulk updates.\nStrong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, conditional logic, data cleanup, and basic reconciliation.\nExperience with deal desk operations, supplier onboarding, procurement workflows, purchase orders, invoices, payment processing, or approval routing.\nExperience maintaining dashboards, operational trackers, and financial status reports.\nExperience improving operational processes, documenting standard operating procedures, or transitioning manual workflows toward automation.\nFamiliarity with reconciling information across CRM, procurement, contract management, and financial systems.\nEducation\nNo specific degree or certification is required for this role.\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
