Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial review processes.\nConduct monthly CapEx forecast reviews and partner with technology stakeholders to assess financial performance.\nAnalyze actual spend against budget and forecast, identifying key risks, trends, and opportunities.\nPrepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.\nMonitor CapEx and OpEx spending, project budgets, and resource utilization.\nSupport financial governance activities, including funding approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.\nDevelop financial models and perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and improve reporting accuracy.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting.\nInternal Responsibilities:\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).\nBuild out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills:\n5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).\nStrong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong financial reporting and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience supporting Technology, Digital, or IT organizations.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills:\nExperience with Power BI.\nExperience working with financial systems and reporting platforms.\nExperience supporting technology finance, CapEx/OpEx management, or financial governance initiatives.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required.\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
