The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in product management, product data analysis, funnel analytics, and cross-functional execution, with a track record of using data to improve product experiences and business outcomes.\nLocation: Remote - PST preferred; flexible within the continental U.S.\nDuration: 5months\nPay Rate: Market rate, depending on experience.\nWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.\nPlease note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nManage the product roadmap and execution for commerce and payment systems supporting VR experiences\nAnalyze payment setup and checkout flows to identify opportunities for improved conversion and user experience\nDefine, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators including payment-method attachment, checkout completion, redemption, and balance usage\nUse product data and funnel analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend product improvements\nPartner with Data Science, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive execution\nLead alignment across cross-functional teams of approximately 5-10 stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track\nApply AI-enabled tools and data-driven techniques to accelerate analysis, generate insights, and support product decisions\nInternal Responsibilities\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).\nBuild out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n5+ years of experience in Product Management\nProven experience managing product roadmaps and driving product execution\nStrong experience with product data analysis and funnel analytics\nExperience using data to identify product opportunities and recommend improvements\nStrong cross-functional collaboration experience across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams\nAbility to define and analyze product KPIs and success metrics\nExperience working with data to support product decisions and business outcomes\nStrong analytical thinking and ability to work effectively in data-heavy product environments\nExperience using AI tools for productivity, research, or data-driven insights\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\nExperience with commerce, payments, checkout, or financial-data products\nExperience with VR/AR platforms or emerging technology products\nFamiliarity with payment-method attachment, checkout conversion, redemption, or digital balance metrics\nExperience working with financial or payment systems\nExperience on an AI-first product or technology team\nExperience working in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments\nExperience with Google Sheets/Google Workspace and related productivity tools\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
