The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of technical program management experience in a technology environment, including AI compliance reviews, and a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.\nLocation: onsite presence in New York City 3 days per week.\nPay Rate: $53/hr to $54/hr depends on Experience\nWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.\nPlease note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nLead multiple compliance reviews for frontier AI research projects, including drafting requirements, monitoring progress, managing action items, and resolving blockers to keep milestones on schedule.\n\nCoordinate with requesters, engineering, research teams, reviewers, and privacy stakeholders to clarify requirements and streamline review and approval processes.\n\nDevelop and maintain clear project communications, providing regular updates and weekly reporting on project status, accomplishments, risks, dependencies, and review-process insights.\n\nIdentify project risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues that may affect review timelines or key milestones.\n\nResearch, catalog, and annotate AI Research assets with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nAnalyze data and optimize workflows using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including data exploration, annotation, and reporting.\n\nMonitor developments in AI research, compliance, and related tooling to identify opportunities for continuous process and project improvements.\n\nInternal Responsibilities\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\n\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\n\nComplete client case studies and learning material, including blogs and media material.\n\nBuild material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\n\nAttend internal itD networking events, both in person and virtually.\n\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management at a technology company.\n\nExperience with AI compliance reviews is required.\n\nExperience managing multiple concurrent, complex technical programs and cross-functional initiatives.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data analysis, annotation, and workflow management.\n\nProficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, web browsers, and AI productivity tools.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and building consensus.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, solve complex problems, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\nExperience with privacy and compliance reviews.\n\nExperience in Generative AI or broader AI research environments.\n\nExperience with data analytics, data annotation, or risk management.\n\nHands-on experience running ad-hoc queries and analyzing data.\n\nExperience using AI agents and research tools.\n\nData collection and annotation experience.\n\nExperience working in a large technology or AI-focused organization.\n\nPrevious experience at Meta is preferred.\n\nPMI or PMP certification.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required.\n\nMBA or advanced degree preferred.\n\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
