Technical Program Manager V

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager V (TPM V) to drive program execution within Meta’s Business Engineering organization, focused on Business Messaging monetization initiatives. This role will play a key part in connecting advertiser and client insights to product workstreams, ensuring strong operational execution, roadmap alignment, and successful delivery of cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program management within technology or digital advertising and a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Location: Hybrid - Menlo Park, CA (also open to New York - Hybrid)

Duration: 4 months

Pay Rate: $70 - $75 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across Business Messaging monetization programs, tracking milestones, dependencies, and progress across engineering, product, and business teams
• Develop and maintain end-to-end program plans, including timelines, dependency mapping, and execution tracking
• Translate client and advertiser insights into actionable inputs for product and engineering workstreams
• Identify, track, and escalate program risks, blockers, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
• Prepare and deliver clear program status reporting, including progress against KPIs and defined success metrics
• Maintain program documentation, operational processes, and cadence materials to support execution and visibility
• Collaborate with legal, policy, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on program deliverables
• Support roadmap planning, product alignment, and integration of AI-driven best practices across programs

Internal Responsibilities

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning materials (blogs, media material)
• Contribute to Digital Transformation practice development initiatives
• Participate in internal networking events (virtual and in-person)
• Partner with leadership on career development opportunities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within technology, digital advertising, or related domains
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs in large, global, matrixed organizations
• Strong product-first and customer-centric mindset, with experience in ambiguous or early-stage environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience coordinating across multiple geographies and teams with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Familiarity with business messaging, conversational commerce, or related product areas
• Experience in enterprise B2B or platform go-to-market environments
• Exposure to AI/ML product adoption within enterprise contexts
• Experience building operational tooling or automation to improve program efficiency

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
