As a Senior AI & Quality Automation Lead, you will be working for our client, a leader in the insurance industry dedicated to transforming software testing through cutting-edge AI solutions. Your expertise will shape automated testing processes, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of technological innovation in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and implement AI-driven improvements across testing and quality assurance processes.
• Develop standards and best practices in quality and automation, promoting a culture of innovation.
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoC) and experiment with emerging AI solutions to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance and support decision-making regarding AI integration.
• Mentor team members, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development in AI and modern QA practices.
• Identify quality risks and recommend technological solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Adapt testing infrastructure for seamless integration with LLMs and Microsoft AI tools, including Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in testing automation, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Practical experience utilizing AI to improve IT and QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Copilot Studio.
• Experience building AI agents, automating workflows, and integrating within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with SDLC, automated testing, CI/CD, APIs, and modern Quality Engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or experience in AI, automation, or advanced QA methodologies.

• English: Communicative
