This role offers the chance to influence high-impact projects and advance your career in a dynamic, global setting.\nYour main responsibilities:\nProvide operational support across all environments, handling incident investigation, resolution, change requests, and maintenance activities.\nDeliver Level 3 support for IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.\nEstablish monitoring metrics and design resilient architecture to maintain system stability.\nLead technical projects in collaboration with infrastructure and development teams, including meetings and planning.\nSupport technical architecture decisions for business projects and contribute to process improvements (e.g., scripting, testing scenarios).\nDesign and maintain secure architectures compliant with corporate standards, SLAs, and security protocols.\nCoordinate change management activities, including deployment of new application versions and infrastructure modifications.\nManage treatment schedules, incident resolution, and problem management efforts.\nDocument system components, architecture, procedures, and supervision requirements.\nOversee backup management, testing restoring procedures regularly.\nMonitor application and infrastructure performance using alerting systems to meet SLA commitments.\nControl load capacity and optimize infrastructure resources through scaling or redesigning.\nEnsure the implementation and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) at least twice a year.\nDefine technical architecture for new applications and collaborate with development teams for build-out.\nYou’re ideal for this role if you have:\nMinimum of 9 years of experience in Linux IT projects and infrastructure support.\nDeep knowledge of Linux environments; Windows Server is a plus.\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Shell and Python.\nStrong understanding of web servers, with experience managing migrations (e.g., Websphere to JBoss).\nKnowledge of security best practices: SSL, reverse proxy, load balancing.\nFamiliarity with scheduler tools (Control-M, VTOM).\nExperience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK stack).\nExperience with deployment tools (GIT, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Openshift, Docker).\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nCertification or experience in advanced security or cloud architecture.\nAdditional expertise in database management or network security.\nLanguage Required for the role:\nFluent command of English and Portuguese.\nEligibility for the role:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
