This is your opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects while expanding your expertise in a vibrant, innovative environment.\nYour main responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered features, including AI raters, conversational AI modules, and productivity tools.\nIntegrate large language model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) into scalable, production-ready applications.\nOptimize prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and work with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, and pgvector.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement API and microservice architecture on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).\nWrite clean, tested, and efficient code, ensuring high-quality deliverables and sustainable solutions.\nUtilize AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development workflows.\nEngage in continuous learning of ML fundamentals, model evaluation, and understanding limitations to improve model performance.\nCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers, product managers, and stakeholders.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\n2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.\nHands-on experience working with language model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).\nStrong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).\nFamiliarity with agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.\nCompetence in REST/GraphQL API design and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).\nBasic understanding of ML fundamentals such as embeddings, model evaluation, and failure modes.\nExcellent communication skills; able to pair with senior engineers, product, and design teams.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nExperience in Insurtech, Fintech, or other regulated industries.\nCertifications or additional expertise in AI/Machine Learning.\nLanguage required for the role:\nFluent English\nEligibility to work in Europe:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
