This is a unique chance to shape the future of enterprise infrastructure while advancing your professional journey.\nYour main responsibilities:\nManage and support Linux and Windows environments, ensuring stable and secure systems operations.\nAdminister and optimize BMC/Control-M or similar industrial schedulers to automate workflows efficiently.\nDevelop and maintain scripts using Shell, Python, and PowerShell to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionalities.\nOversee application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS, ensuring optimal performance and availability.\nWork with databases like Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and MySQL, applying basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and support.\nConduct infrastructure backups, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.\nUtilize monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Grafana to track system health and preempt issues.\nApply knowledge of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos to enhance security and access management.\nSupport container-based infrastructures and possess basic networking knowledge for optimal system integration.\nCollaborate within a team environment, maintaining excellent communication in English and Portuguese.\nYou’re ideal for this role if you have:\nAt least 5 years of experience in systems administration or DevOps support roles.\nStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.\nProficiency with BMC/Control-M or other industrial schedulers.\nHands-on scripting skills in Shell, Python, and PowerShell.\nExperience with application servers: JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS.\nKnowledge of databases such as Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and MySQL with SQL basics.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure backups and monitoring tools like Zabbix or Grafana.\nUnderstanding of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos configurations.\nSome knowledge of containerization and basic networking concepts.\nIt is a strong plus if you have: (optional)\nCertifications in DevOps, Cloud, or System Administration.\nExperience with cloud platforms or additional automation tools.\nLanguage Required for the role:\nFluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).\nEligibility to work in Europe:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
