Join us to shape the future of AI-driven business processes and accelerate your career growth.\nYour main responsibilities:\nDesign and develop AI agents to support decision-making within a new, critical business process.\nCreate solutions for data analysis and documentation gap detection.\nOrchestrate AI agents and integrate them with backend Java systems and process workflows.\nEnsure agent reliability, quality, and performance consistency.\nCollaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and AI specialists on building the product from the ground up.\nWork with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines, models, and workflows.\nConduct testing and monitoring of agents, including control and escalation mechanisms.\nStay informed on AI tools, methodologies, and emerging trends to enhance project delivery.\nYou’re ideal for this role if you have:\n7+ years of experience in software development, including min. 2 years with AI, machine learning, or data engineering.\nProven knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and related Azure ecosystem services.\nPractical experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions, including context search, vectorization, and knowledge base integration.\nSolid background in programming, preferably in Java or a similar language, with understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review processes.\nAbility to quickly prototype ideas, validate hypotheses, and operate in experimental R&D environments.\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and SonarQube.\nStrong problem-solving skills, autonomy in analysis, and effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nKnowledge of Scrum methodologies.\nExperience with monitoring and improving AI systems.\nCertifications in AI, Data Science, or related fields.\nLanguage required for the role:\nPolish (good command)\nEnglish (fluent)\nEligibility to work in Europe:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
