This role offers a unique chance to influence strategic initiatives and advance your leadership career in a dynamic, regulated environment.\nYour main responsibilities:\nOwn end-to-end delivery of complex data and platform programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.\nLead and coordinate global teams of project managers, business analysts, and vendor partners across multiple locations.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive delivery strategies, maintaining oversight of project schedules, budgets, benefits realization, and risk management.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders to plan and forecast upcoming work streams and change requirements.\nManage resource allocation, financial planning, and contract negotiations to ensure optimal delivery efficiency.\nEstablish governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and reporting dashboards to monitor program health and progress.\nLead risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management to keep projects on track.\nMentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance delivery culture and cultivating change management capabilities.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\n8+ years of extensive programme management experience in large, global change initiatives within financial services.\nProven track record managing platform and data migration projects, including SAS migrations.\nStrong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, international teams in a matrix organization.\nDeep understanding of governance, scope management, RAID/dependencies, and benefits realization.\nExperience working with regulated financial institutions on complex change projects.\nAgile delivery expertise, preferably with certifications such as SAFe.\nExcellent communication skills in English at a fluent level - capable of engaging stakeholders from executive to operational levels.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nCertified Agile (e.g., SAFe) practitioner.\nHands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.\nBackground in developing change capabilities within delivery teams.\nLanguage Required for the role:\nFluent English (spoken and written)\nEligibility for the role:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\nInterested?
