In this role, you will support the CASTLE programme, helping to deliver end-to-end certification and accreditation activities for approximately 2,500 cybersecurity professionals. Your efforts will contribute directly to strengthening organizational security awareness and capabilities through seamless learning operations and process improvements, fostering a safer digital environment.\nYour main responsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day delivery of the CASTLE certification and accreditation services, ensuring timely and quality processing of requests.\nCoordinate activities across multiple vendors and internal teams, aligning priorities and clarifying ownership for smooth request fulfillment.\nMaintain visibility of demand, backlog, and delivery pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and upcoming peaks.\nOwn colleague communications, providing clear guidance, proactive updates, and consistent messaging throughout the request lifecycle.\nTrack operational risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution actions to ensure service continuity.\nEngage cybersecurity teams to understand training needs and translate them into actionable certification and accreditation requests.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to confirm requirements, verify eligibility, and resolve delivery blockers.\nSupport service planning activities, including forecasting demand, preparing timelines, and executing communication strategies.\nCollect and organize accurate service data, enabling reliable operational oversight and producing regular performance reports.\nIdentify opportunities for workflow enhancements, automation, and efficiency improvements to optimize service delivery.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\nAt least 3 years of experience coordinating training, learning operations, or service delivery activities within cybersecurity or a related risk environment.\nProven ability to work with diverse stakeholders across organizations of varying sizes and seniorities.\nStrong track record of process improvement and automation implementation.\nProficiency with collaboration and learning tools such as SharePoint, Degreed, Workplace, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).\nExcellent written and spoken English with a keen eye for detail.\nHighly organized with a sense of ownership and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.\nStrong stakeholder management and data analysis skills, comfortable working with datasets to deliver actionable insights.\nCalm, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.\nNice to have:\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity certification and accreditation processes.\nAbility to create clear presentations and data visualizations for executive audiences.\nExperience with project management tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.\nBasic understanding of cybersecurity, technology, and data protection principles.\nLanguage Required for the role:\nFluent in English.\nEligibility to work in Europe:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
