Join us to accelerate digital transformation and support impactful IT infrastructure developments.\nYour main responsibilities:\nImplement, configure, and operate IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and related components (Connect:Direct, External Authentication Server, Secure Proxy, Control Center).\nManage and support file transfer protocols including sFTP, AS2, and HTTPS to ensure secure data exchange.\nAdminister Windows and Linux environments, maintaining high availability and performance.\nSupport vulnerability remediation activities and conduct application upgrades to enhance system security and stability.\nExecute disaster recovery exercises (DRE) to validate business continuity plans.\nSupport change implementations, occasionally outside regular hours, including weekends if needed.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system incidents to ensure minimal downtime.\nCollaborate with global teams to optimize processes and share best practices.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\n2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within enterprise environments.\nPractical expertise with IBM Sterling File Gateway, Connect:Direct, External Authentication Server, or Secure Proxy.\nStrong knowledge of file transfer protocols: sFTP, AS2, HTTPS.\nSystem administration skills on both Windows and Linux platforms.\nFluent English language skills (interviews conducted fully in English).\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nBroader experience with the IBM Sterling product suite.\nExperience working in a distributed, international team environment.\nLanguage required for the role:\nEnglish - fluent command necessary.\nEligibility to work in Europe:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\nInterested?
