As a Mid-Level Java Developer specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will be working for our client, a leading global bank striving to deliver seamless and secure digital experiences to millions of customers worldwide. Join their dynamic digital team to build, enhance, and support next-generation web capabilities and campaigns, driving impactful innovation in the financial sector.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement low-level services based on Adobe Experience Manager for HSBC's public websites and marketing campaigns.
• Migrate and modernize existing functionality onto scalable OSGi-based architecture.
• Leverage Sling and JCR to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project delivery to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Optimize web applications using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user engagement and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices using Maven, Git, SonarQube, and JUnit/AEM Mocks.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including performance tuning and documentation.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong Java development skills coupled with hands-on experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Proficiency in REST services and front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Maven, Git, and SonarQube integrations.
• Knowledge of automation testing frameworks like JUnit or AEM Mocks.

Language required for the role:

• Good command of English (Communicative level).
