As a Senior Product Manager - ML Scoring, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem. You will help shape the next evolution of machine learning capabilities within Sponsored Offers, driving product lifecycle management from initial problem framing to delivering measurable business impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic roadmaps and enable data-driven decisions at scale.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product development for ML scoring features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Lead discovery and delivery processes, collaborating closely with Data Science, Engineering, and business teams.
• Define clear problem statements, KPIs, and measurable outcomes to inform product strategy.
• Prioritize backlog and roadmap items based on business value and technical constraints, balancing usability with innovation.
• Facilitate stakeholder management, providing strategic updates and obtaining cross-functional buy-in.
• Coordinate experimentation, A/B testing, and KPI analysis to optimize product performance.
• Utilize AI-assisted methods for hypothesis generation and rapid decision-making.
• Ensure continuous alignment with engineering and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of product management experience within digital, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Proven success managing medium-term strategic product roadmaps (6-12 months).
• Strong understanding of machine learning-enabled product requirements and technical orchestration.
• Proficiency in defining KPIs, discovery frameworks, and backlog prioritization.
• Solid stakeholder management skills, especially with senior audiences.
• Competence in SQL and experience interpreting experimentation results.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in AdTech, ranking, or recommendation systems.
• Background working with experimentation platforms and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with auction-driven monetization frameworks.
• Certification or experience in AI-enabled product workflows.

Language required for the role: Polish (good command).
