You will provide PMO support for key transformational programmes, helping ensure effective administration, analysis, financial tracking, workforce planning, and stakeholder reporting.\nYour main responsibilities:\nSupport procurement processes by raising and tracking spend requests, purchase orders, and invoices.\nSupport resourcing processes, including headcount requests, purchase orders, and invoices.\nTrack programme spend against budgets, including actuals, forecasts, and management reporting.\nMonitor workforce demand and utilisation across technology programmes.\nMaintain accurate financial forecasts and headcount plans in PMO tooling.\nAssist with the preparation of programme reporting and management information.\nCollaborate with programme management, procurement, finance, workforce management, and technical delivery teams.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\nAt least 3 years of experience in a PMO support role within a global organisation.\nExperience with procurement and workforce management processes.\nExperience tracking project financials and budgets.\nExperience within the financial services and/or technology sector.\nProficiency in managing and reporting on large data sets.\nProficiency with PMO tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity, or equivalent platforms.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nLanguage Required for the role: Fluent English.\nEligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
