Senior Delivery Manager - IT Outsourcing

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the IT outsourcing industry dedicated to delivering exceptional service quality and innovative solutions. You will own and optimize client engagements, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence across your portfolio-shaping the future of IT service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.

Your main responsibilities:

• Own delivery end-to-end: ensure top-tier service quality, client satisfaction, and engagement health.
• Grow the account: expand the portfolio through additional placements, services, and new leads leveraging your network.
• Manage the P&L: oversee margins, utilization, and results against plan; shape offers and contracts for optimal profitability.
• Identify and mitigate risks: proactively spot threats and remove bottlenecks to safeguard milestones.
• Lead and develop the team: mentor, coach, train, and retain top talent, working closely with consultant partners.
• Deliver against targets: translate business goals into actionable plans and keep the team aligned and motivated.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, service delivery, or account management within IT outsourcing.
• Deep knowledge of the IT outsourcing market.
• Proven track record managing delivery and P&L responsibilities.
• Leadership experience leading delivery and recruitment teams.
• An active network of market contacts.
• Natural leadership qualities with charisma and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in project or service management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams or consulting.

Language Required for the role:

Polish (fluent), English (fluent).
