This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of platform reliability at the forefront of technology innovation.\nYour main responsibilities:\nBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or comparable platforms to ensure safe and repeatable software and configuration releases.\n\nAutomate configuration and operational workflows with Ansible and scripting in Bash, Python, or equivalent languages.\n\nAdminister and troubleshoot Linux systems, including services, storage, networking, and system logs.\n\nDevelop monitoring, alerting, and telemetry dashboards using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics to enhance visibility into platform health.\n\nInvestigate service and platform issues through logs, metrics, and traces, communicating findings clearly and contributing to effective remediation.\n\nIdentify operational risks and reduce manual efforts via automation, standardized procedures, and reusable tools.\n\nSupport incident response activities, contribute to post-incident reviews, and maintain comprehensive operational documentation.\n\nAdvocate for security-conscious operational practices, including vulnerability remediation and safe change management.\n\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\nPrudent professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems administration, ideally with at least 5 years of relevant work.\n\nProven expertise in designing and improving CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins.\n\nStrong experience with automation tools like Ansible and scripting in Bash or Python.\n\nSolid Linux administration skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics.\n\nAn analytical approach to incident diagnosis and communication.\n\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nExperience with change, incident, or problem management processes.\n\nKnowledge of security best practices related to automation and platform operations.\n\nBasic understanding of system design principles including resilience and capacity planning.\n\nExperience with on-premises infrastructure automation or Windows administration.\n\nLanguage Required for the role:\nFluent English\n\nGood command of Polish\n\nEligibility for the role:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.\n\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
