Join a dynamic, international team and help shape the future of global data ecosystems.\nYour main responsibilities:\nAdminister and support the Confluent Kafka platform across multiple regions and tenancy models.\nMaintain and enhance Kubernetes-based infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.\nBuild and refine DevOps CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.\nCollaborate with global stakeholders from Germany, France, the UK, Hong Kong, the US, and China to deliver integrated solutions.\nParticipate in an on-call rota, providing evening and weekend support to ensure platform stability.\nSupport out-of-hours change activities as needed to minimize downtime.\nContinuously improve platform security, performance, and reliability.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\nAt least 5 years of proven hands-on experience with Kafka platform administration.\nStrong expertise in Confluent Kafka and Kubernetes.\nExperience developing and deploying applications using Kafka is a plus.\nSolid background in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation.\nFluent English communication skills, with interviews conducted fully in English.\nAvailability during core hours (10:00-16:00 PL time) with flexibility on start and finish times.\nWillingness to participate in an on-call rota.\nMinimum 6 days per month presence in Kraków.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nCertifications related to Kafka, DevOps, or Kubernetes.\nExperience working in a global, multi-regional environment.\nKnowledge of cloud technologies and containerization.\nLanguage Required for the role: English - fluent.\nEligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
