Senior Mobile Product Owner

As a Senior Mobile Banking Product Owner - Digital Innovation, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking sector, focused on crafting cutting-edge electronic channels for retail customers. You will shape the future of mobile banking by driving innovative solutions that enhance user experience, comply with regulatory standards, and support the bank's digitalization goals. This role offers a unique chance to influence digital banking at scale and grow your leadership in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define the vision and strategy for the Mobile Banking platform and own the end-to-end product roadmap.
• Manage initiatives, product backlog, and prioritize tasks for Scrum teams to maximize value.
• Collaborate closely with CPO, PO, and stakeholders from business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Drive the development of innovative mobile solutions aligned with customer needs and digital transformation.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as app availability, NPS, and login statistics.
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards (GDPR/RODO, PSD2, AML, ISO) and adhere to UX and WCAG standards.
• Analyze user behavior and implement enhancements to improve usability and accessibility.
• Participate in analyses, testing, feature acceptance, and regulatory processes.
• Manage budget and plan the product's long-term development, including market and competitor insights.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or management within digital products.
• Hands-on experience with product strategy, roadmaps, and backlog management in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, compliance, and marketing teams.
• Proven ability to drive product effectiveness through KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to digital platforms (GDPR/RODO, PSD2, AML, ISO).
• Practical knowledge of UX standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Experience translating user insights and behavioral data into product improvements.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or additional expertise in Agile, UX, or digital banking standards.
