You will lead the development of products that enable sales teams to perform value-creating tasks more effectively, shaping solutions that improve user experiences and contribute to the future of farming.\nYour main responsibilities:\nDefine and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives throughout the product lifecycle.\nManage and continuously prioritise the product backlog in line with customer needs and business outcomes.\nCreate product roadmaps covering user needs, functional capabilities, and non-functional requirements.\nLead product discovery and delivery using user feedback, metrics, research, and Design Thinking methodologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create user stories and drive Agile delivery.\nEngage technical and non-technical stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure value realisation.\nMonitor product health, delivery progress, business value, and 90-day outcomes.\nSupport product availability, stability, compliance, and continuous improvement from concept through decommissioning.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.\nA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or at least 4 years of equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 2 years of experience working with Agile development and DevOps.\nExperience with Salesforce\nExperience building product visions, strategies, and roadmaps.\nProven experience designing, developing, delivering, or leading digital solutions in complex environments.\nStrong strategic planning, analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nThe ability to measure and communicate the business value of proposals and deliverables.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery.\nKnowledge of Design Thinking, user-centred design, and user analysis.\nExperience managing initiatives against defined metrics and goals.\nExperience adapting product strategies based on research and data.\nLanguage Required for the role: Fluent English.\nEligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
