This role offers a unique chance to contribute to transformative projects at the forefront of UI/AI integration, fostering both innovation and career growth.\nYour main responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain robust UI components aligned with the company's design system and accessibility standards.\nDiagnose, fix, and optimize bugs across the component library and tooling ecosystem.\nIntegrate and leverage AI coding agents (such as Claude Code) to enhance development workflows and contribute improvements to tooling and skill sets.\nCollaborate closely with design and platform teams to ensure components meet performance, WCAG, and usability benchmarks.\nDevelop and deploy UI-related agent skills to automate and streamline development tasks.\nImprove tooling and development processes to support scalability and consistency across multiple projects.\nEvaluate and enhance AI-agent workflows, including prompts and guardrails, to facilitate more efficient code automation.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\n4+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.\nProven expertise in building UI components, design systems, or component libraries at scale.\nSolid experience with CSS-in-JS or similar styling architectures.\nFamiliarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience developing accessible components.\nHands-on knowledge of Claude Code or comparable AI coding agents, with the ability to guide AI effectively in large codebases.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nExperience with Angular, Bazel, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools.\nCertifications or additional training in accessibility standards or AI-enhanced development.\nLanguage Required for the role:\nFluent English.\nEligibility to work in Europe:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\nInterested?
