This role offers a unique opportunity to shape impactful digital experiences and advance your career at the forefront of technology innovation.\nYour main responsibilities:\nLead the requirements-to-prototype pipeline by collaborating with stakeholders to produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\nDefine and enforce UI/UX standards, interaction patterns, and design system governance across all portal applications.\nArchitect and develop key React/TypeScript front-end components and shared UI libraries, setting technical and design standards for the team.\nReview pull requests, providing constructive feedback on both design fidelity and code quality.\nCoordinate with backend/API teams to ensure front-end designs are feasible and optimized within service and data constraints.\nDrive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and ensure responsive design across all portal screens.\nConduct usability testing/validation sessions, iterating designs based on user feedback and analytics.\nMentor mid-level UI/UX developers, sharing expertise in design thinking and React best practices.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\nMinimum 10 years of experience.\nExpert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems.\nStrong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and hooks.\nProven ability to translate designs into responsive, accessible UI.\nFamiliarity with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift) and modern CI/CD pipelines.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable defending design decisions to business and engineering teams.\nExperience reviewing code and providing technical feedback within a team setting.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nWorking knowledge of Java or .NET for backend collaboration.\nExperience with Micro Frontend architectures (Module Federation, single-spa).\nBasic SQL/database knowledge.\nPrior experience in financial services, fund administration, or transfer agent platforms.\nLanguage required for the role: Fluent English\nEligibility to work in Europe: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
