You will manage end-to-end software delivery, promote effective agile practices, and help ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes across global teams.\nYour main responsibilities:\nLead project scope, risk, stakeholder, budget, and operational risk management.\nPrepare project plans, schedules, estimations, status reports, and task allocations.\nTrack project activities to ensure high-quality and timely software delivery.\nFacilitate prioritisation across multiple stakeholders with competing requirements.\nPromote and implement appropriate agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\nAnticipate and resolve conflicts while maintaining high team morale and collaboration.\nPrepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.\nMentor team members and support the adoption of agile techniques, tools, and compliance controls.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\nAt least 5 years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or a related software delivery role.\nProven experience driving agile practices in a highly regulated environment.\nStrong expertise in end-to-end project management and agile project delivery.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, or equivalent platforms.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global and multiple business-line teams.\nA solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.\nFamiliarity with .NET, ETL, databases, and APIs.\nKnowledge of banking products and the financial industry.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nExperience managing projects in the financial domain.\nA background as a software engineer or test engineer.\nCertifications such as Scrum Master or PMP.\nLanguage Required for the role: Fluent English.\nEligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
