Join us to shape the future of enterprise-scale reliability and digital transformation.\nYour main responsibilities:\nManage application support operations focusing on resiliency, availability, and system health monitoring.\nCoordinate resolution of production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews to enhance processes.\nDevelop observability tools and techniques for monitoring, alerting, incident detection, and capacity management.\nApply SRE principles to continuously improve platform reliability, reduce toil, and optimize performance.\nImplement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks across hybrid cloud environments.\nLead technical discussions and collaborate across regional teams, ensuring seamless incident resolution.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of recovery steps and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.\nParticipate in on-call rotations, supporting critical systems during weekends and evenings.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\n4+ years of experience in developing and supporting distributed Java systems.\nStrong understanding of application lifecycle management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines.\nHands-on experience with modern observability tools: Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, Splunk, Loki.\nExperience managing large cross-platform environments troubleshooting complex applications.\nBasic Cloud knowledge (GCP preferred), with familiarity in automation tools like Jenkins and Ansible.\nGood command of English, with excellent communication skills.\nProven ability to lead technical discussions and work across regions with a global perspective.\nCore Java development knowledge and experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.\nMethodical troubleshooting approach with disaster recovery expertise.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nExperience with cloud platforms (GCP), automation, and containerization technologies like Docker.\nKnowledge of Unix/Linux environments and scripting.\nAdditional certifications in Cloud, SRE, or related fields.\nLanguage required for the role:\nGood command of English (Communicative).\nEligibility to work in Europe:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\nInterested?
