Senior Systems Analyst – Financial Services

As a senior system analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization dedicated to advancing innovative banking solutions. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex systems related to current accounts and deposits, translating business needs into detailed technical specifications, and supporting system development within an agile environment. Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements using visual modeling techniques such as UML and BPMN, supported by Enterprise Architect.
• Translate business needs into precise and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications.
• Prepare detailed system documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across development teams.
• Collaborate within agile teams to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply system analysis techniques to optimize communication between integrated systems.
• Leverage SQL for medium-level data querying and management tasks.
• Support system integration using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Utilize foundational knowledge of Kafka for stream processing and real-time data handling.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis or related roles, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of system communication protocols such as REST and SOAP.
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Solid command of SQL.
• Basic understanding of Kafka for stream processing (plus).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and techniques.
• Certification or additional experience in system modeling or analysis.

Language Required for the role: Polish (good command), English (communicative level).
