This role offers an exciting pathway for career growth within a pioneering environment.\nYour main responsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective functional and data solutions.\nEducate stakeholders on how existing platform features and new developments can meet their needs.\nWork with solution architects to transform functional solutions into technical designs, including conducting data analysis to ensure data quality and coverage.\nDocument detailed requirements covering business problems, benefits, solutions, and expected outcomes.\nSupport testing activities to ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and obtain stakeholder approval.\nAssist teams through initial deployment phases and address any subsequent issues or questions.\nMaintain clear, comprehensive communication throughout all project stages, aligned with Agile practices and standard project management protocols.\nYou're ideal for this role if you have:\nAt least 5 years of experience in business analysis, particularly within banking or financial services.\nStrong proficiency in data analysis using Spark, Scala, and Hadoop.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work independently, proactively own issues, and operate effectively within a team.\nExperience demonstrating analysis findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nKnowledge of HDFS filesystems, Unix, and Quantexa software.\nUnderstanding of Cloud platforms.\nLanguage Required for the role:\nFluent English.\nEligibility to work in Europe:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
