As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading insurance company that is rapidly developing its systems through advanced artificial intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a special focus on agentic AI and RAG-based architectures. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to streamline SDLC workflows, integrating models with applications, APIs, and DevOps tools
• Build and optimize agentic AI frameworks, including context search, vectorization, and embedding technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, resilient prototypes and technical specifications
• Conduct proof-of-concept experiments to rapidly validate hypotheses in a fast-paced R&D environment
• Integrate AI features within Azure AI Foundry and ecosystem services, ensuring seamless deployment and operation
• Automate pipeline processes and support CI/CD practices for continuous delivery of AI-enhanced solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across multidisciplinary teams to embed AI-driven innovations into organizational workflows
• Keep abreast of advancements in AI, particularly agent-based architectures, to inform innovative development strategies

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in AI, machine learning, or data engineering
• Proven knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and related Azure ecosystem services
• Practical experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions, including context search, vectorization, and knowledge base integration
• Solid programming background, preferably in Java or similar languages, with understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review processes
• Ability to prototype quickly, validate hypotheses, and operate efficiently in experimental R&D environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and SonarQube
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy in analysis, and effective communication with technical and non-technical teams

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with knowledge retrieval solutions such as RAG, embeddings, and knowledge base integration
• Skills in cloud automation, Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Certifications or experience in AI, machine learning, or cloud architecture

• Polish - Fluent command
• English - Communicative level
