As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial services industry. Your expertise will drive requirements analysis, functional specifications, and stakeholder communication to deliver impactful solutions that enhance business performance.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to develop clear, actionable specifications
Create detailed functional and technical documentation to support project execution
Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs and story maps
Develop and execute test cases, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Conduct SQL queries and review database models to support data-driven analysis
Support the implementation of solutions by providing ongoing analysis and stakeholder feedback
Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify and refine project scope and deliverables

O que é pedido

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a senior capacity
Proven expertise in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and story mapping
Strong written skills in both functional and technical documentation
Excellent communication skills in French (C1) and English (B2/C1)
Good knowledge of SQL queries and database modeling
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
English (Fluent)
French (C1 level)
Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role

Valorizado

Experience in financial services or related industries
Certifications in Business Analysis or relevant project management methodologies
Knowledge of Go language (not mandatory but advantageous)
