As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing testing strategies, developing cutting-edge test assets, and driving continuous improvement across the Test Factory. You will craft reliable, automated solutions that elevate product quality and accelerate delivery.

• Act as a technical leader, identifying and developing test assets for continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure test cases are automated by the team according to industry standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure robustness and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain up-to-date automated test cases in operational environments for maximum efficiency
• Train and mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing
• Optimize testing processes to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality
• Lead efforts to implement DevOps practices within the testing lifecycle

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation, testing, or related fields
• Strong expertise in developing automated test scripts and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with DevOps principles and tools
• Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to test automation
• Solid understanding of continuous integration and deployment processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive mindset
• Fluent command of English and French

• Certifications in testing or DevOps methodologies
• Experience working within international or multicultural teams
