Senior Technical Lead

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be working for our client, a pioneering force in the technology industry. You will steer complex projects, foster innovation, and elevate digital experiences for global clients, leading and overseeing technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead and oversee technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and architectural excellence
• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine technical strategies
• Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical mastery
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges swiftly and effectively
• Ensure best practices are maintained in coding, testing, and deployment processes

• 4+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, or Python)
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Competitive communication skills in English (fluent) and French (communicative)
