This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and advance your career in a dynamic, global environment.\nYour main responsibilities:\nMaintain strong collaboration with other entities and teams within the infrastructure department.\nProvide Level 2/3 support for Windows Server environments.\nManage incident, problem, and change requests following ITIL best practices.\nCoordinate planned technical operations and oversee monitoring systems.\nPerform physical server installation, deployment of applications, and patches using SCCM/MECM.\nDevelop and enhance PowerShell scripts and operational tools.\nTroubleshoot Windows Server and Virtualization issues (VMWare).\nAnalyze operational risks, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary.\nAssist in designing, implementing, and maintaining services within the team scope.\nDraft and update documentation and operational procedures.\nFollow and implement security best practices.\nEnsure service quality levels in accordance with SLA requirements.\nMaintain operational condition (MCO) of managed assets.\nEnsure infrastructure deployment aligns with group standards and IT policies.\nParticipate in IT structural constraints, interventions, and disaster recovery planning.\nSupport NetApp Storage Migration and Implementation activities.\nYou’re ideal for this role if you have:\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in Windows and Linux System Administration.\nSolid expertise in Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025) troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience with VMWare vCenter in complex environments.\nProven experience with MECM/SCCM deployment and automation tools.\nStrong knowledge of Clusters, SAN (Storage Area Network), and NAS technologies.\nFamiliarity with network protocols, firewalls, load balancing, and storage solutions like NetApp.\nExpertise in PowerShell scripting.\nGood understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and GPO troubleshooting.\nIntermediate networking knowledge.\nExperience with enterprise monitoring tools, ideally Zabbix.\nIt is a strong plus if you have:\nRelevant certifications in IT infrastructure or virtualization.\nExperience with disaster recovery planning and IT structural constraints.\nKnowledge of security standards and best practices.\nLanguage Required for the role:\nFluent command of English and Portuguese.\nEligibility to work on this role:\nOnly candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.\n#MAKEYourCareerBETTER\nInterested?
