React\nTaking ownership of frontend architecture, technical decisions and engineering standards\nDesigning and building scalable, performant and user-friendly interfaces\nDriving frontend best understanding of HTML and CSS\nExperience building scalable and maintainable frontend applications\nExperience integrating applications with REST APIs\nPractical experience with frontend testing strategies and tools\nGood understanding of Git and CI/CD practices\nExperience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical leader within a team\nGood command of English\nAbility to take ownership of technical solutions and drive initiatives independently\nNice to have:\nExperience working in the travel, aviation or e-commerce industry\nStrong knowledge of Next.js, SSR/SSG approaches and frontend performance optimization\nExperience with modern state management solutions (e.g. Redux, Zustand, React Query)\nExperience designing frontend architecture for large-scale applications\nKnowledge of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with designers\nExperience with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices\nFamiliarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and using AI to improve engineering workflows\nExperience integrating AI-powered features into web applications\nExperience working in international and distributed engineering
